A COMMERCIAL PROPERTY SELLING EXPERT?

What do you get when you combine an avid fisherman with the leading Commercial Realtor in the area? A new commercial property, complete with directions to the area’s best and most secret fishing holes for your days off!

The commercial real estate world is full of cookie cutter agents, assuming there is safety in numbers and clinging to identical and ancient business methods. Not Lindahl! He understands that today’s commercial property buyer relies heavily on technology in both the purchase and the sale of a their retail property, warehouse, apartment, multi-family units or commercial office space.

Don’t get us wrong though. Although technology is a centerpiece of his business it’s not the linchpin that holds it together. The glue that holds the Lindahl team together, and heads above other agents in Minnesota and Wisconsin, where he also holds a license, is Kris himself.

BUT.....

IT’S NOT ALL WORK AND NO PLAY

When he’s not buried knee-deep in real estate, leadership and community involvement, Kris loves to travel, hang out with his daughter, and (as a former high-school jock) let his competitive streak loose on the field and court. A former high-school jock, he also turns to athletics to help deal with the stress inherent in being a top-producing Commercial Realtor.

He particularly enjoys “golfing – anywhere and everywhere!” But you can also find him playing his old high-school sport, football. Oh, and fishing. Visit his Facebook page to see some of the ones that didn’t get away.

A Minnesota native, Kris came to real estate after finishing his bachelors degree in education at Minnesota State University, Mankato. With teaching jobs in short supply, Kris was encouraged to explore the world of real estate. “So I did, and I was instantly hooked,” he says.

RealEstate.com calls him the head of a “technology-based real estate powerhouse in the Twin Cities.” Real Trends and Trulia named him among the “Best Real Estate Agents in America.” His marketing methods are so powerful, so tried-and-true, that real estate agents across the country clamor to be included in his coaching sessions. Mr. Lindahl sells a property every 48 hours.

“There are many characteristics that I feel attribute to a successful agent – someone who is self-motivated, dedicated, a strong leader and personable,” he replied when we asked him what qualities successful real estate agents share.

Ask anyone who has worked with him and they’ll tell you that those qualities describe Kris Lindahl, our leader and one of the nicest guys you’ll ever meet.
